This surge has brought an outbound boom in travel, with more Laotians venturing out into the world to experience different cultures, from the vivid streets of Tokyo to the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand. The growing interest in foreign travel demonstrates a demand for adventure and cultural exchange, which enriches Lao’s cultural fabric with new global perspectives. This, undoubtedly, is shifting Laos into a more connected and globally engaged nation.
